The role concerns an individual with a leadership personality, strategic thinking and proven experience in sales, who will act as a leader of the sales team.
Open Positions: Sales Director
Leadership, training and daily coordination of the sales team
Creation and implementation of sales strategy
Setting goals (KPIs) and monitoring performance
Developing new partnerships
Participating in meetings with customers and closing important agreements
Proven experience in the role of Sales Manager / Sales Director
Team leadership and management skills
Very good communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking and result orientation
Comfortable in using CRM & digital tools
Experience in B2B sales
Fixed net salary of €2,200
